The 2019-2020 Briarcliff Schools Board of Education had its first meeting on July 2.

The School Budget passed: 402 - 162
The Bond Proposition was approved: 388 - 174
School Board Election: Michelle Woerner 458 and Kenneth Torosian 437

He most recently served as School Business Administrator at Hoosic Valley Central School District in Schaghticoke, oversaw the District’s $22 million budget development and was responsible for financial monitoring.

The Spring 2019 Superintendent’s Conference Day had a unique twist - the vast majority of the classes were being taught by Briarcliff teachers.

They were chosen from among more than 1.6 million high school students in 22,000 schools across the nation.
