Welcome to the Briarcliff Manor U.F.S.D. Human Resources Department. It is our goal to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Human Resources at all levels.
The HR Department supports the District’s vision of excellence by providing support to our staff in the education of our students. We are a resource for issues such as contract administration, employee leaves, resignations and retirements. We oversee recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and placement of personnel.
Our Department administers all personnel policies and procedures. We also oversee benefits and salaries and maintain attendance and personnel records.
We believe in the importance of consistently establishing and effectively communicating sound policies and practices that treat all employees with dignity and equality while maintaining compliance with laws, school directives and negotiated agreements.
