The Briarcliff Manor Union Free School District works collaboratively with five bargaining units to ensure a supportive and productive environment for all staff members. These include the Briarcliff Administrators and Supervisors Association (BASA), the Briarcliff Educational Support Team (BEST), the Briarcliff Teachers Association (BTA), the School-Related Professionals (SRP), and the Teamsters. In addition to these groups, the district also values its non-affiliated employees, working closely with them to foster a cohesive and positive work environment. Through open communication and partnership, Briarcliff Manor UFSD remains dedicated to meeting the needs of all employees.
