Dear BHS Parents and Students,

As a school community, we are committed to continually educating parents and students about making decisions that support students' overall well-being.  Briarcliff High School's Student Assistance Counselor, Meredith Ohmes, has been an invaluable resource, working directly with students and assisting the administration in arranging information sessions regarding drugs, alcohol, vaping, and other addictions.

With the generous support of the BHS PTA and Student Assistance Services, we will welcome Dr. Richard Stumacher, Chief of Pulmonary and Critical Care at Northern Westchester Hospital on Monday, April 1, 2019 at 7:00 pm in the Middle School Theater.  Dr. Stumacher's presentation, "Vaping and Our Kids," will include information and a discussion about vaping among our teens and how to successfully talk with your child about vaping.

Kindly refer to the attached document for event details.  Additionally, the link below provides vital information for parents regarding vaping and teens.
