An Important Message From our Technology Department
Dear Parents,
With both Microsoft and Apple making several updates to their software over the past few weeks, the Tech department has been working hard to keep students connected and studying. We have noticed several issues that very regularly surface with students iPads, which actually have very simple solutions. We have uploaded a series of Tech-Tip videos to the STAT Desk section of the Briarcliff Website to help you solve some of the more common issues. Since the latest updates however, we think that the three videos linked below should help to quickly resolve the three issues we encounter most frequently.

How to fix Audio & Visual problems with Microsoft Teams on an iPad We'd also like to remind you that you can get technical help from our department by using the school iPad to login to Microsoft Teams, navigating the Town Hall Team and joining the Live Tech Support meeting that runs every school day from 8:45am to 2:00pm. In there you will be able to speak to a member of the Technology Support team directly.
