Please support the Briarcliff Athletic Booster Club! We are here to support our student athletes by hosting tournaments, providing varsity letters and pins, sponsoring trips, providing need based scholarships, supporting senior day with flowers for parents, running concession stands, sponsoring speakers, and so much more. Our goal is to help our student athletes and parents have a great athletic experience and we need your help to do that!
Briarcliff High School has a long tradition of athletic excellence. Over 300 students participate in sports each season. We average about 10 students each year who go on to play in college and we have won many league, section and state titles across many different sports. Sports are a great way to teach our children about winning, losing, teamwork, leadership, and so many more life lessons. So we would like to ask each family who thinks they have a child who will be playing sports this year to donate to the Booster club through this Go Fund Me page. Any amount is appreciated! Thank you in advance for your support and GO BEARS!

The following Briarcliff Fall teams earned the prestigious "Scholar Athlete Award" from the New York State Pubic High School Athletic Association (NYSPHSAA) for achieving an average GPA for 75% of the roster of 90 percent or greater.
Congratulations to: Competitive Cheerleading, Boys Cross Country, Girls Cross Country, Field Hockey, Boys Soccer, Girls Soccer, Varsity Girls Swimming, Varsity Girls Tennis, Varsity Volleyball.
As described on the NYSPHSAA website, at the end of each sports season, the New York State Pubic High School Athletic Association honors those teams and individuals that excel in the classroom. Those student-athletes, teams, and schools work very hard throughout the year and deserve to be recognized for their academic success.

Briarcliff is celebrating two student-athletes who signed NCAA Letters of Intent to play their sport in college next year: Ashley Goldstein committed to play lacrosse at Rollins College and Alana Lombardi committed to play basketball at Lafayette in the fall of 2020.
“Today is a day for celebrating with parents, coaches, District administration, Board of Education members and teammates,” said Dr. Nathan J. Heltzel, Briarcliff High School counselor, who and emceed the gathering on November 13 along with Athletic Director Chris Drosopoulos. “We are all delighted to be here with you today on this momentous occasion and look forward to following your future success.”
The National Letter of Intent is a binding agreement between the student-athlete and the college. The NLI is an official capstone to a very lengthy and competitive athletic recruiting process for Division 1 and Division 2 student-athletes.
